AI Output & Copyright Policy

Scope

This policy covers all content generated by DrawMagic's AI features, including but not limited to: interior design transformations, floor plan renders, 3D visualisations, and any other AI-produced imagery or text ("AI Output").

Ownership of AI Output

  • Your inputs belong to you. Photos, floor plans, and text you upload remain your intellectual property.
  • AI Output is provided "as-is." Under current Indian and international copyright law, purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection. DrawMagic makes no claim of copyright over AI Output.
  • Usage licence: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, modify, and share AI Output generated from your account for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
  • No exclusivity: Similar prompts from different users may produce similar outputs. DrawMagic does not guarantee uniqueness of AI Output.

User Warranties

By using DrawMagic's AI features, you warrant that:

  • You own or have sufficient rights to the images and content you upload.
  • Your uploads do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You will not use AI Output in a manner that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading (e.g., representing AI renders as actual photographs of a property).
  • You accept full responsibility for how you use and distribute AI Output.

Copyright Takedown Process

If you believe that content on DrawMagic infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request:

  1. Email copyright@drawmagic.in with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request".
  2. Include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL(s) of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
  3. We will review and respond within 10 business days. If the claim is valid, the infringing content will be removed.
  4. Counter-notices: If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address.

AI Training Opt-Out

DrawMagic does not use your private images or uploads to train AI models. Our AI features are powered by third-party APIs (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) that process your data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Neither DrawMagic nor our AI providers use your uploaded content for model training, fine-tuning, or improvement purposes. No additional opt-out action is required on your part.

Data Retention for AI Content

  • AI-generated images and uploaded originals are retained for 90 days from the date of creation.
  • After 90 days, media files are automatically deleted from our servers.
  • Metadata (operation timestamps, credit usage, file hashes) may be retained for up to 7 years for billing and compliance purposes.
  • You may request early deletion of your AI content by contacting privacy@drawmagic.in.

DrawMagic disclaims all warranties regarding AI Output, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of dimensions or materials, and constructability. Users should consult licensed professionals before making construction or purchasing decisions based on AI-generated content.
