Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict No Refund, No Cancellation Policy

DrawMagic follows a strict policy: all payments are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for subscriptions, top-up credits, or any paid digital services once payment is successfully processed.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid offerings on DrawMagic, including:

  • AI Credits subscription plans (monthly/quarterly)
  • One-time credit packs / top-ups
  • Any other paid digital feature or entitlement

2. No Refunds

We do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds after a successful payment authorization/capture.

3. No Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for active paid subscriptions or completed one-time purchases.

4. Payment Failures / Duplicate Charges

If a payment fails, no entitlement is issued. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same successful transaction, contact us with your payment reference and registered email so we can review it.
