Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about what DrawMagic is, how we make money, and how we protect your data. Short version: we are a software platform, we never handle your purchase money, and we never spam you.

What DrawMagic is (and is not)

What is DrawMagic?

DrawMagic is a technology platform for home buyers. We provide AI-assisted floor plans, room renders, and decision-ready property intelligence that help you understand and compare options before you commit. We are a software product — not a real-estate broker, agent, developer, or financial intermediary.

Is DrawMagic a real-estate broker or a RERA-registered agent?

No. We do not broker, sell, list, or market real-estate inventory, and we do not act as an agent for any buyer, seller, or developer. We provide software tools and present objective, factually verifiable information. DrawMagic is not a substitute for a RERA-registered agent, a lawyer, or a financial advisor.

Do you verify, certify, or rate builders, projects, or prices?

We are not in the business of certification, verification, or trust-branding. We present information objectively and factually — preferring official government sources such as RERA portals and municipal records — and we clearly label estimates as estimates. Always independently verify any detail with official sources and licensed professionals before making a decision.

Money & payments

Does DrawMagic ever collect or handle money for a home purchase?

No — never. DrawMagic does not collect, hold, escrow, or transfer any money toward the purchase, booking, token, or deposit of a property. Any payment you make to a builder, developer, seller, or service provider is strictly a matter between you and them. We are not a payment intermediary for property transactions.

Then what do I actually pay DrawMagic for?

Only for our own software — for example AI render credits or a workspace subscription. Nothing we charge you for is connected to, or contingent on, any property transaction.

How does DrawMagic make money?

From software subscriptions and credits, and from charging builders and professionals to connect with buyers who have explicitly consented to be contacted. We never take a cut of your property purchase, and we never monetise you by selling your data or enabling spam.

Your privacy & data (India DPDP Act)

How is my data protected?

Sensitive buyer information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, including application-layer encryption (AES-256-GCM) under keys managed in Google Cloud KMS. Because your data is encrypted with keys we control, a database leak would yield unusable ciphertext rather than readable personal information.

What rights do I have over my data?

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, withdraw consent you previously gave, and raise a grievance. You can exercise these through your account's privacy controls or by contacting our Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy).

Will you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your personal data. We share data with a builder or professional only for a specific connection that you have explicitly consented to, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Connections & spam

Will I get spam or cold calls from builders?

No. DrawMagic does not sell leads and does not enable cold-calling. A builder or professional can be connected to you only when you give specific, informed consent for that particular connection — and you can revoke it whenever you want.

Can I use DrawMagic without being contacted by anyone?

Yes. The planning and intelligence tools are yours to use privately. Connections to builders or professionals only ever happen on your explicit instruction.

Advice & decisions

Is anything on DrawMagic legal, financial, or investment advice?

No. Nothing on DrawMagic constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and our estimates (affordability, costs, locality rates) are informational only. Please consult a qualified lawyer, chartered accountant, or RERA-registered professional before acting on any property decision.
